Product Introduction: This product is made from high molecular polymer resin and excellent additives such as BYK to form a coating, which is combined with Bayer curing agent to create a film, making it a two-component reactive coating. It effectively prevents atmospheric damage to the substrate surface and extends the service life of the coated object.

Scope of Application: Suitable for various mechanical industry products and steel structure industry products.

Characteristics: No grinding or rust removal is required. No primer is needed on the steel surface; simply spray one coat of this coating product to form a film. The paint film is full and glossy, with strong rust resistance and adhesion. It is suitable for metal products in various mechanical industries, saving labor and time. Solvent emissions are significantly reduced, and each kilogram can cover 6-7 square meters, greatly reducing production costs.

Application Method: Mix strictly according to the ratio. First, thoroughly mix the curing agent with the paint and let it mature for 15 minutes, then add the thinner. This product is specially designed with construction requirements in mind, allowing it to be applied by brushing, spraying, or rolling. As a two-component reactive coating, the mixed product should be used within 4 hours.

Drying Time: At 25°C, surface dry in 30 minutes, fully dry in 24 hours. Complete curing takes 5-7 days.

Coating Interval: More than 4 hours.

Storage: Keep tightly sealed. Store in a cool, clean, and dry place. Shelf life is 2 years.

Surface Treatment: Remove loose rust, welding slag, and other debris from the workpiece surface, and perform dust and oil removal.

Construction Conditions: Humidity during construction should be less than 75%, and the construction temperature should be between 5°C and 40°C. Construction is strictly prohibited during rain, snow, or fog.

Safety and Precautions: Ensure good ventilation at the construction site. Keep away from open flames. Smoking is prohibited at the construction site, and avoid splashing the coating into the eyes or onto the skin.
